Models
Clients aren't always able to visualize
traditional 2D elevation drawings. Our computer-generated
models give clients (and city officials) the opportunity
to see what their homes will look like in 3D. These
models are extremely accurate and can be rotated and
viewed from any angle.
Doll
House Renderings
Clients that don't routinely read
floorplans often have difficulty understanding them.
"Dollhouse View" renderings help put things
in perspective - literally. These 3d models can be rotated,
zoomed in or out, and can even allow the client to do
a "virtual walk-through" of their project.
Finish materials, such as flooring, paint, and even
furniture can be placed to give the client a true realistic
picture of their project.
Photo-Realistic
Renderings
High resolution, photo-realistic renderings are perhaps
the most exciting types of services we offer. These allow the client to see precisely
what their project will look like when finished. We do both interior and exterior
renderings.
Conceptual
Sketch Drawings
Conceptual sketches offer the client
an initial perspective look at their project at an early
stage of design. These are typically "rough"
line-drawings used to communicate a "concept"
to the client.
